I found Be More to be completely empowering. Even if you are not in a place to make a huge career/life change, this book can help open your eyes to the things about your current job that are working for you already. It can help you identify things to do to set yourself up for a better fit in the future. The frank humor used is disarming and charming, and will help you to make an honest assessment of yourself. Highly recommend it!
This book was an essential catalyst to creating my personal brand and getting to know myself better. The SVP theory is useful, important and applies to every individual no matter what your goals are. The authors have done their research and have created a fool-proof self-help program for all to practice. I very highly recommend!!
I am always skeptical about books within the 'self help' category if you will, but Be More is succinct and gets to the point. What has always been difficult for me was articulating exactly what drove me to do what I do. The SVP evaluation made me think more clearly about not only about how to move forward with my career, but also about the 'why' of my daily actions. If you ask the tough questions that Todd & Lori put forth, you are sure to have success in being more. I highly recommend Be More for driven individuals who are trying to discern their next career or life step and want to ensure that they are progressing in an authentic way.
Absolutely Amazing read. I could not put the book down. I love the hardback format as well. This book helped me define who I really was. Ok, I thought I knew, but this book really helps put it on paper. Makes you think, plan, and then define who you are to help you in your career, your life, and your dreams. Passion is a fuel. This book will help you find out where your fuel will lead you.
Don't just read this book - absorb all content and you will find yourself learning who you REALLY are. Be More is more than a guide to your career path. It's a strategic tool that should be a mandatory read in all high schools/colleges in order for goals to be reached sooner in life.

I recently graduated college and this book has been invaluable in helping me figure out a game plan for the career I'm starting.
